Something is being made in Bikaner.
Westerly is a small food brand, built slowly, in a kitchen in Udasar just outside Bikaner. Three women there are making the first batch by hand.
This site is being rebuilt while that happens. There is nothing to buy here yet, and we would rather say so plainly than leave old pages up.
The first batch
- Pickles and chutneys, made in small lots
- Moong and urad papad, hand rolled
- Everyday masalas and mukhwas
- Ghee, and a moringa infused ghee
Ten or so things, a few hundred packs, going out to the people closest to us first. If it is good, we make more.
