From the sand, with love.

Night skies where the wind starts. Westerly, वेस्टरली, is a farm past Bikaner, in the Thar. One day you will come and see it: a morning on the farm with the light still low, a table out in the sand, a sky with everything still in it. Until you can, we send the jars.

Nothing added, nothing hurried. What we grow is ours. What we do not grow we choose grower by grower, and we will tell you who when you ask. Weighed, blended and packed by hand, in batches small enough that we know what went into each one, and sent out the week they are made.

What opens on 1 October

• A2 ghee, churned and not extracted
• Kadaknath eggs from our own birds, collected in the morning and packed the same day
• Moringa roti ghee, from our own October harvest
• Everything masala, ground in small lots
• Saunf, til and mishri mukhwas
• Bajra khichdi kit
• Raab mix

Eight packs, a few hundred in all, going out to the people closest to us first. Moringa bhujia follows later in October. If it is good, we make more.

Send us a message and we will tell you when the first packs are ready, and what they cost. No newsletter, no marketing. One message when there is something to say.

If you want ghee or eggs before 1 October, message us. Those two we have today.
